Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for change of mind, ordering errors, or buyer's remorse.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, we want to make it right.
To request a replacement:

Include photos of the damaged product and packaging

Provide your order number
We will review your request and, if approved, ship a replacement at no additional cost.
Requests submitted after 3 business days or without photo documentation may not be honored.
Order Processing & Shipping
Orders are processed within 5-7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
We ship via USPS or UPS. Delivery times vary based on your location and carrier conditions.
We currently ship to the United States only.
Address Accuracy
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses may be returned to sender, and reshipment fees will apply.
