We offer physical products for sale through the Site, including The Courage Series™ and The LEGACY Series™ affirmation card decks and other items. All purchases are subject to our Purchase Policy, available at www.everydayunstoppable.co/purchase-policy.

By placing an order, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and that the information you provide is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraud.

All sales are final. Please review our Purchase Policy for details on our policies regarding damaged or defective items, shipping, and lost packages.

4. User-Submitted Content

You may have the opportunity to submit content through our Site, including through forms such as the Unstoppable Woman Series application, Q&A interviews, or other submissions.

By submitting content, you grant Everyday Unstoppable™ permission to use your responses, story details, and any submitted photos for editorial and promotional purposes across our blog, website, social platforms, emails, newsletters, and other brand channels. Submissions may be edited for clarity, length, or alignment with our brand voice and values.

If you consent at the time of submission, your content may also be used to improve our internal tools, including AI-powered systems. Once content has been used to train or improve an AI system, it may not be possible to fully remove that content from the model.

Submission does not create an employment or contributor relationship. You represent that any content you submit is your own original work or that you have the necessary rights to submit it.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and design elements on the Site are the exclusive property of Everyday Unstoppable, LLC or its licensors. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Everyday Unstoppable™

• The Courage Series™

• The LEGACY Series™

• All associated content, designs, affirmations, and artwork

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our prior written permission.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information

• Interfere with other users' experience or attempt to gain unauthorized access

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Everyday Unstoppable, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Site, Services, or any products purchased, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us, if any, in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
